Jokes aside, I do not add any tracking functionality or otherwise send personal data (other than email required for account registration). My philosophy goes against doing anything of the sort.

The launcher and account server are open source specifically because of this. The login server protocol is also well documented and written for public to write their own launchers or other registration tools (ie. Web interfaces)

You guys use XML for your launcher skins or something else?

They are done but you have to do some trickery with the cfg to work, lemme find the settings

oh so you finished the unit one? if i recall correctly one of them wasnt done when i went to use them.

The value ill let you do though lol. Just gotta mess with the unit XY entries till you find it.
